We’re a family-owned frozen yogurt and coffee shop in historic downtown Golden, where Turkish heritage meets Colorado hospitality.
The name Goozell comes from güzel, a Turkish word celebrating beauty and passion in people, food, places, and life. It encompasses a passion for all the good things life has to offer.
What We Serve
Premium Frozen Yogurt
Self-serve gourmet frozen yogurt with rotating flavors and an extensive toppings bar. Our yogurt is certified by the National Yogurt Association (NYA) and is Kosher certified, meeting the highest quality standards for live and active cultures.
Full Espresso Bar
Expertly crafted espresso drinks made with our own custom coffee blend.
Traditional Turkish Coffee
Our signature traditional Turkish coffee features beans imported directly from Istanbul’s Grand Bazaar. An authentic taste rarely found outside Turkey.
The Evil Eye
Notice the round symbol in our logo? That’s an evil eye, a common symbol throughout Turkey. Like a four-leaf clover or rabbit’s foot, it’s believed to ward off bad luck and bring good fortune. We have Turkish evil eyes displayed throughout our store, and many are available for purchase if you’d like to take one home.
Our Space
We’re located at one of Golden’s most popular corners, 12th and Washington, right in the heart of downtown. High ceilings, plenty of natural light, and comfortable indoor seating make it a great spot to relax or study. Our outdoor patio is perfect for sitting back and watching Golden’s downtown scene.
